Shipping Policy for Gift Mallard

Thank you for shopping at Gift Mallard! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible, and this Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping and delivery of your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to 49 states in the United States, excluding California. Unfortunately, we do not ship to California at this time. If you are located in California and attempt to place an order, you will be notified that we do not offer shipping to your location.
2. Shipping Methods
We utilize recognized carriers to deliver your orders, including:
- U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Other reputable carriers
The method of shipping used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, such as holidays, and delivery times may be longer.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

7. Shipping Restrictions
- California: As mentioned above, we do not currently ship to California.
- International Orders: At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Hello@GiftMallard.com so we can assist with a resolution.
If your package is lost or delayed, we will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, Gift Mallard is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other external factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gift Mallard’s maximum liability for any shipping-related issues, including delays, lost shipments, or damaged goods, is limited to the total purchase price of the products in question, not exceeding $500. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gift Mallard, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your order, shipment, or the use of the products purchased from us.
11. Exclusive Venue
Any and all disputes arising from or related to shipping, delivery, or the use of products purchased through our website shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts, and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
